Orders default to Free Shipping

I've set up my shipping rates to be charged based on number of items, and the checkout process still shows "Free Shipping" as the only option.

https://women-in-manufacturing.square.site/

I've read through other posts about this and all seem to be folks who needed to upgrade to use real-time shipping rates (not what I'm trying to do) or folks who's settings needed updating (I've triple checked my settings, they should be correct) so not sure what to do. Any help would appreciated, thank you!

EDIT: It looks like there are two separate locations for you to enter shipping information, neither of which mentions the necessity of the other. Now that I've duplicated the shipping info across both different settings locations, it seems to be working correctly. This isn't very good UX.

Also cannot find the option to delete this post so I had to just edit it. Again, not very good UX.

Hi there, @jenniferjuan

I'm sorry for the frustration and confusion you have experienced here. Our product teams are working to make the interface between Square POS and Square Online more seamless and user-friendly, so some settings may be in two different places for the time being. You should see a diagonal pointing arrow next to a setting if it has been moved and if you click the arrow it should take you where you need to be,

The reason for not being able to delete posts is so that other sellers can see the issue you may have had and the possible resolution. This information could help a seller who comes across this thread.

Thank you for returning to the post and providing your resolution!

I appear to be having a similar issue.  I see the shipping profiles (flat rate profiles by item or order) in two locations, but they are not applying online.  I only had to enter them once for them to show in both.

Shipping profiles are in:
Online > Fulfillment > Shipping

Account & Settings > Fulfillment > Shipment

I am able online to add items to my cart and mark it for shipping, but no shipping charges apply even when going all the way to payment input.  All of my items have an item specific shipping profile and there is also an "all items" shipping profile in case I missed any.

I tried waiting several hours to see if it was a syncing issue.  I also re-published my website incase that was the issue, but no luck.

I finally go the shipping to update using a full shipping address even though the items are marked as flat rate.  I had hoped that the shipping would be shown up front for clarity to the customer, but I guess this is the way it is.  It does show the name of the flat rate I put in, so be aware that the customer sees this.
