Order Limiting Broken

Hey gang, our order limiting has been broken now for almost 2 weeks.  Anybody else having this problem or know of any workarounds?  Square has been notified and their best solution is to just turn off ordering when we get too busy.  That's doesn't really work for us and getting crushed with orders without any staggering is destroying us.  

 

Sent a few emails and called online support multiple times.  It's a "priority" problem with no estimated resolution date.  7 years with Square $24,774 in fees paid just last year and I can't get an update to a problem that didn't exist until recently.  Any other online sales organizations have a similar feature to switch to?
