Hello @Thehgalleria !

 

Are you seeing this on your end? On the dashboard or Point of Sale? Or is the customer seeing it on their end?

 

If you're seeing it, there is a chance that the customer cancelled the order, taking it out of your transactions list.

 

Check out the Orders section of your web dashboard: you can choose to look at all orders. If it's listed here then it is an active transaction: try clicking on the three blue dots on the right to view it here.

 

If it's on the customer side, that usually has to do with a missed modifier. Its disturbingly easy for customers to tap Add to Cart before the website fully loads the item. Have them double-check their order for any missing modifiers--tell them to be patient and wait for the site to fully load before adding to the cart.
