A couple times a week, orders are not printing when ordered through our online store. We've changed all of our internet hardware to brand new equipment, hardwired our registers to our internet service provider, update the software for the registers, and Im sure a few more troubleshooting attempts.
Just today 5-6 orders were missed from 5:15-5:25. We have to monitor the registers for new orders, see which orders were printed and which aren't, then cross check with the kitchen to see what printed for them. Happens regardless of how busy we are.
We are experiencing the exact same issue!! Were you able to find any good solutions from square yet? For us, it seems to happen more often during busy nights.

So for us it seem to be unreliable internet issue. We’ve been using the same modem for over five years and I think it was going obsolete and dropping out and reconnecting periodically. This possibly caused the ‘gap’ of no internet, and thus online tickets coming in during that time didn’t print. We upgraded to a new modem and now all online tickets prints just fine. So if you have older modem or touchy internet at your business, that very well may be the cause of the issue.

same here! It is such a PITA issue. For us we have to look up the name then print on the fly and pack the order ASAP. Understandably annoying for customers who have scheduled a pick up time and then have to wait.

This happened in the middle of our opening rush. We lost 15 minutes worth of tickets, which kiiiiiilled us for the rest of the rush.
