Hi! We added online ordering this year for our pumpkin farm, but we'd like people to give us at least until the next day for pickup. So if they place it Friday at noon, we'd like them to pick it up Saturday after 10am, our opening time. I see the option for a five hour pickup time and one business day. If we choose one business day, will that mean the next day? Or will it force customers to wait until Monday?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
If you choose one business day - that will be based on your business hours. If you work/are open Saturdays, than that would be considered a business day.
You can specify a prep time at the item level as well. Simply edit the item from the Items > Item Library page and scroll down to the fulfillment section. The prep time you select from the drop down menu will only apply to this item.
If you want to let customers schedule a pickup time, click the toggle to enable that option. During checkout, buyers can choose a pickup date and time based on the business hours, order spacing, and prep times you set up.
For example, let’s say that pickup is only available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the prep time for orders is 30 minutes. If a customer placed an order on a Saturday, the first available pickup time would be Monday at 9:30 AM. If you don’t want customers to place pickup orders when you aren’t available, you can turn off pickup during those times.

Thanks so much! That makes sense. Where can I go to adjust pickup times? I have seen that screen but now I can’t find it. I have a terrible time navigating the menus in Square.

Jumping in for @isabelle with some directions here, @FleitzPumpkin 🗺
You'll start by heading to your Square Online Dashboard (Square Dashboard > blue Online icon). Once here, you'll click Settings, then Pickup & Delivery from the left-hand sidebar menu.
Select the location you'd like to edit, and you'll be able to edit your hours in the right-hand sidebar menu by clicking Edit.

Thank you so much! I feel like there are hidden menus in Square.
Maybe you can help me with this as well @Valentina - we have two Square registers. Our online orders are printing twice. Does that have something to do with our two registers? And what can I do to stop it from happening?
