One square account but weebly shows one set of items and the seperate square account shows another.

I manage the website for our nonprofit. We had a Weebly account first, connect a square account to it. When they merged we hadn't connected the log ins. Now that I am trying to connect them, it looks like we have two seperate square accounts, but the payments are only going through the square account still seperate from the Weebly account. Orders are going through Weebly and square but funds are coming into the other Square account. When I tried to connect them I got an error that "this account is already connected to a square online account." I have no idea who to contact about fixing this issue.

It definitely sounds like you have two separate accounts happening at the moment. We are not able to make the necessary changes through our Community forum, however, our support team can assist with this. 

 

When you have a moment, please log into your Square account you wish to have connected to the Weebly account, and click the following link for the support team. Please be advised that you will need to have access to all the accounts in question, as well as be able to reply to the connected email address for each account. 

 

Please also let me know if you have any trouble reaching the direct support team.
