New items not showing up on square site

I am having a hard time getting new items to show up on my square site, even when the category is visible on the site, and the items in the library are set to visible on the site. 

 

It seems to me that when square combined the square online and dashboard earlier this year that problems started. Items that were created listed on the site before the merge I have not problems with. But items that are created new, or even items that were in my library before the merge, but weren't listed on the site won't show up, even when the item and category are set to visible and have allotted stock inventory.

 

Any thoughts???

 

I'm going crazy! Any help is appreciated
