Account verification

I called on 12/2/24 to ensure I had provided all the information in order to verify my account and bank info. I was assured that everything I had provided was correct and that my issue would be escalated to some other team that handles bank information. I created the square account on 11/30 and entered the bank information on 12/1/24.
On 12/6 at 12.27pm CST I called again to get an update. I was told that my account could not be verified and that I had to create ANOTHER square account. They would not tell me what I was missing. My bank information is already showing on my dashboard. I find it extremely hard to believe that they cannot support me. Out of millions of square users, someone would have faced my situation right?
If I create another account, all the information is going to be the same. The only thing that changes is the email address. What guarantee is there that this new account will get approved??
 Already under so much stress, with new business and having to learn so much. I inherited the square terminal from the previous owner.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
