New column on Orders page for "pick up date and time"

Hi,

When orders come in through our online store we need to manage them in the Online > Orders page. The page displays the orders in a list with a variety of column. From left to right they are:

Order #, Order Date (when it was placed), Customer, Items, Type, Status and Total. Currently, you are unable to add or remove columns. Also in order to see what date and time the customer selected for pick up or delivery you are required to click and enter each order. My question/request is for there to be away to add a column to the Orders page list for Pick up/Delivery Date and Time or an additional column for the Time. Does anyone have any insight into why that is not already a feature?
