New Ordering System: Can't find complete ordering information

Hello, my account where I get online order was recently moved ( without my request or consent) to a new platform. I used to be able to see all of my customer information and order details when I clicked on the order. I also used to be able to print that information from that screen as well.

 

The new platform does not show all of the order details like the customer comments, not does it show all of the customer contact information. It does not have a 'print' option where I can seamlessly print all of that information in one printout. 

 

This has really been a customer service nightmare. I'm having to email customers to have them call me because I can not find there contact numbers in the new order system. I really want to go back to the older system. I have been trying to figure how to even contact or email support for help. 

 

Can anyone help me please.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry the migration to Square's new Online Store caught you off guard. Right now, there is not a way to revert back to Square's legacy platform, but we're indefinably collecting suggestions and ideas for improvements. I'll be sure to surface your post to our Product Team. 

 

There's been a couple changes with order management since the migration - now, view order info like customer notes from the Orders tab of POS and Dashboard.
