Need a comment section in checkout

I need to add a comment section so customers can add a tshirt size when the check out. I tried the Modifier suggestion but there isnt an option to add a text modifier.  How do I do this?

Hi, you can capture text using Modifiers.  I have a personalized gifts site with items that capture colors, text and sizes.  You can see my items here:

The Christmas Moose pillow has modifier Family Name text box, 20 character limit.

when you click on Create Modifier, select the option on the right, Typing text into a text box, Text box label is the name the customer sees, next Character limit, check the box if it is a required field

You can have as many as you need, I currently have 67 and yes, they can be named the same but with different requirements you create.

In the modifier section just put "size" and allow them to input the size needed.  Add seperate modifiers for whatever you want to give options on, such as custom names, colors, etc.
