My deleted are displaying and I need to delete them

A couple of days ago, we deleted some items and redid all the modifiers. However, we're running into an issue where some items are still showing the old modifiers, and a few deleted items are appearing in the categories and the "Items" section at the bottom of the page.
For example, "Menudo" isn't on the menu or in the POS items anymore, but it still shows up on the site. I've tried unpublishing and republishing the site twice, but it hasn't resolved the issue. Could you please assist with this?
