I would love more freedom to make my site unique.  Better layouts and more page ideas like courses would help.

+1, layouts especially. I want to have certain layouts for certain pages (ex: I have product categories and sub-categories, I want a different item layout when you enter the parent category vs. the layout of the items in the sub categories)
