Manage Calendar Availability

Greetings Guru’s!  I am new to Square and am struggling to figure out how to use this bear.  So I am an individual user and am trying to set the availability dates/times on the calendar for online appointments.  Every time I enter the times, it doesn’t save.  Then I thought I had to add a staff member but then it thought I was a team.  So I tried modifying my own profile to include the staff members hours dates/times for booking but again, it would not save.  What am I doing wrong?

Issue resolved.  Didn't turn on Business Hours in Enable Booking.  Duh!

Hey @headoverheels and welcome to the Seller Community!

 

In order to set up your appointment availability,  you would have to click on the clock that appears on the upper right corner of the calendar.

That clock is a helpful tip, but how do I get it to set for more than one week at a time?

Week by week availability is considered a Feature Request @color_me_knight

 

I will make sure to pass it over to our product team for their visibility and consideration when working on future updates.

HI, I have set up the appointments, but my calendar is not allowing me to book any appointments when my site is live? I can book appointments when I am logged in, in the editor/test function. I have set my business times and the calendar is showing availability(white) when open and not(grey) when closed!!
