MX records not found in google workspace

Hi. Yesterday I decided to activate the free trial for google workspace for the email. I deleted all the old records and have added the MX records provided by google, but when I try activating g-mail from workspace it tells me my MX records are missing. My domain is sundaymorningholistic.com. Please help. Thank you.

If you purchased your domain with a domain provider, you can create the .com email within the provider dashboard.

Hope This Helps!

My domain was purchased through weebly and is managed through square online. I followed all the directions, but am still receiving an error that the MX records are all missing when I try to verify. Do I need to have the MX records reset to the ones weebly/square had in there before I put in the records from google?

I feel like my problem is not being understood.  I have followed all the directions and added the MX records exactly as per google workspace. All MX records show up as correct when I check square online domain management. When I go back to google workspace and click "Activate Gmail" I receive an error for all MX records saying that they are missing. I have read in other threads that some people with this issue have had someone reset their MX records back to the default that weebly/square provide for google. Would it be possible to have this done for my domain as well?

Hi there @sundaymorning,

Can you please send me a direct message with the email account you are trying to log into and the domain tied to your account?
