Here at fades kings i have started the loyalty program. Every haircut you receive 5 points. After you earned 100 points you will earn a free haircut of your choice.
That's super cool, @Fadekingsbarber! Our Loyalty Customers get super excited whenever they get to redeem their reward.
I did some research about loyalty programs a few years ago, and one of the recommendations I saw was to offer a "low-hanging" reward close to when the customer signs up to really hook them. Something small, like, $5 off your haircut after 10 points or something (just an example). Basically a tier that they can reach really quickly, instead of just the "big" reward that may feel really far away.
Other ideas I saw were to offer some "seed" points for signing up and/or providing your email/birthday (so, 10 points at signup, then 5 points per haircut after that), bonus points for their birthday, doing a promo during a slow season that anyone who books gets double points... We haven't implemented all of those yet, but I'm hoping to spend some more time working on it this summer.
