Items created in Square Online not showing up in Square POS on 4 different accounts
Hello, we use Square Online and Square POS at our four movie theaters. Starting last night and continuing into today, none of the items we are adding to Square Online are appearing in the Square POS (either the web dashboard, or on the physical terminals/registers). This is a major issue. Anybody know if there is a Square service issue causing this?

Sorry trouble has brought you to the Community, but I want to give you a warm welcome.
For your items to sync with your Square POS, they must be added to your Item Library, not your Site Items.
However, any items added to your item library will automatically be synced with your Square Online.
