Item list Out of Order only on One Category Page

I sell custom totes from feed/seed sacks. I have a parent category called "Custom Orders" to which the varying kinds of sacks I have are categorized under that: Brewery, Cattle, Chicken, Etc. 

On the main "Custom Orders" page, I explain the process of how to order a custom tote with the modifiers I have. Underneath that explanation is the item list. It should start with B1, but it doesn't and starts with B21. If I choose the 'show 180' option (which then shows all of my available sacks, B1 through B 20 are listed at the very end. This is only happening on this page. If you click directly on the category pages (Brewery, Cattle, Chicken, Etc.) they are all right and in the correct order. 

 

I have gone to my category settings and double checked the order, looked for extra spaces or anything weird that would cause just the 19 brewery sacks (B1-B19) to be listed at the end. 

 

Can anyone help?

Hi @PamelaBagLady, I checked your category "Custom Order" and it looks like the items starting with B-1 are in fact near the bottom of the item list. If you go to Dashboard > Items > Categories and then click on the "Custom Order" category, then click on "rearrange items" and scroll to the bottom of the modal that pops up you'll be able to use the drag handles to drag & drop the items into the correct position in the category. 

 

Thanks for also flagging that issue in the Square Online site editor, our team is taking a look to check what's going on there.

Adding screen shot of editor for this page, as it shows I have no items (not true & even if I do click on add item, it just takes me to a blank page) and out of place numbered item. Help!

If you go to Dashboard > Items > Categories and then click on the "Custom Order" category, then click on "rearrange items" and scroll to the bottom of the modal that pops up you'll be able to use the drag handles to drag & drop the items into the correct position in the category.

Thank you SO much Alex. That was incredibly helpful and I wouldn't have figured that out and I'll show you why. 

When I go to my editor, upon first observation, I don't see the "Rearrange Items" option anywhere! Fortunately, I had the intuition to scroll to the right and there it was. That might be something else you wish to share with your team. 

But thank you for responding to me. My items are syncing and hopefully they'll be in the right order online shortly. 😉

Hi @PamelaBagLady, that's definitely a bug! I'm not seeing that happen in Chrome or Safari. If you can share which browser you're using that would be helpful. Also, does this bug happen consistently for you? And does the layout of the page get corrected if you resize the browser window?
