Hi,
I have a site with items showing as Not Available, even though, there is inventory for the items and it is visible in the site.

Does anyone have an idea on why and recommendations on how to fix it?

It looks like the item is showing as available!

Mobile location
|
Square Online doesn't sync item stock from mobile locations, so items only available at a mobile location will be marked as unavailable. To resolve, change the location type to physical location.

Fulfillment method
|
If the fulfillment method is set to something other than shipping, items may show as unavailable. To change this, go to Items > Item Preferences or Shared Settings > Item Preferences.

Item site assignment
|
Items must be both assigned and visible to be purchasable on a site. To manage item site assignment, select an item in the Square Item Library, use the toggles to determine which websites the item should be assigned to, and select Save.
|
Collection or delivery hours
|
If items have the collection or local delivery fulfillment methods selected, but no collection or delivery hours defined, items won't be available for purchase. To set up collection and delivery hours, go to Fulfillment > Collection & Delivery, select Edit by location, edit the hours under Fulfillment Hours, and select Save.

So this is happening to me currently too, is there an actual solution to this or is it just something on squares end that happens from time to time?
