Hi there,
We're having two issues:
1) People can still find event pages and buy a ticket after the date has passed. Do we have to archive every single event after it happens to prevent this? We have a lot of events.
2) Is there a way to set a cut off time for ticket sales specific to events? We had people tonight buy tickets a second before the workshop, which doesn't work since our workshops require a lot of prep. But we also do not want to have to remember to go in and manually close each one since we have multiple events a day.
thanks for the help!

Hi there @MPDC 👋,
Great question, and thank you for reaching out to ask!
You can resolve both issues you raised through the Scheduled Item Updates function.
Here’s how:
1. Go to the Item Information page by selecting an existing event or creating a new event.
2. Scroll down to find the Schedule Items Updates section beneath the Item Description box.
3. Select Schedule an Update > Update Visibility.
4. On the next page, choose Unavailable > Continue.
5. Enter the date and time you want the event to become unavailable for further bookings > select Apply Scheduled Update.
Your item will automatically be marked as unavailable based on the date and time you've selected.
Let me know if you have any further questions about this!

I am working on tickets. Would different dates for the same event be modifiers or variations? Can a modifier or variation expire?
Do I need to make a separate item for each date?
