Is there a way to deselect all options applied to an online item so that I can reselect only one?

When creating an item and adding an option (for example, size and color), is there a way to deselect all of them and then just choose one?  We have options that are a huge list of colors, and if I only want to select one (orange), I have to click the toggle beside each color, one by one, in order to get the list down to just one when needed.  It would be a huge time saver if that is possible!

I tested this out on my own account and I can see how the feature you're referring to would be helpful and a timesaver - however, it's not currently possible. I've passed this suggestion onto our Product Teams as a feature request.
