Is there a report we can run to sort loyalty customers by current points?

I would like to look at all of my customers currently enrolled in the loyalty program and check to make sure their points are accurate, as I noticed after merging a few that their points were being wiped out. I feel like I may need to do a fair amount of manual adjustments.

Hi @thefibreshop!

 

There is not a report on the dashboard for all current points. If you call in our Loyalty Support Team we can export a CSV with phone numbers and existing points for you. If you can provide support with examples of merged profiles and missing points they can investigate further as there may be something buggy happening. Merging profiles should request you select which loyalty phone number to continue with and total the points together.
