Is it possible to switch to a new synchronization category instead of the one that isn't connected?
I have a seller who is using the previous version of the categories, which doesn't sync with the POS. Is there a way to apply the new synchronization to her account?

Can you clarify what you mean by this? Does the Seller use a website? Can you describe a step-by-step of how you reach the "previous version of the categories"? I want to make sure we provide you the most up-to-date information. 😊
