Is anyone else having trouble with saved payments?

I opt for the option for my customers to save their card information when i send out an invoice. However, many of my customers are telling me that they choose the option to save, but once they receive a new invoice, their payment is deleted. 

 

how do i fix this? is anyone else having issues?
