All of the sudden my website is not working. When you go to my website it says 404 page not found. and it also shows on my dashboard that I am not accepting orders. I click on that and it takes me to the page and it shows that I am accepting orders. I cant get any help from weebly or Square. I need to know if they are having issues with their site or what is going on.
I took screenshots of all of this and can post them if needed.

Hi Jillb,
As per this site - there's been no incidents reported since Oct 25. That's not to say things don't happen but, it's a good place to check for system errors and or issues. If you don't mind sharing the URL of your site, perhaps others here may have some ideas. Note, the Community is not Tech Support but, there's quite a bit of experience here.

I keep getting a 404 error. This is after multiple chats with my domain owner and Weebly. I updated the DNS I cleared my cache and data I still get a 404z I have customers getting the same messages. When they look at the domain they say it’s working. This is getting frustrating. Any help is appreciated!

@Brazengirl Ok. I see a couple of issues.
First, if I enter www.bznbynature.com/home it takes me right to it. This could mean that your home page is not actually marked as your website’s home page in Square Online.
- Go to your dashboard > Online and edit your site.
- Click on the page “Home.” There should be a little house icon next to it. If there isn’t, click on the three dots and select “Make this my homepage.” Publish your site and all should be well.
Let me know if that works or not. If not, I’ll dig deeper.

Hi! Thank you for the help. I checked and Home is marked as home. I checked the site url for home and it has a .com/ a back slash. So you could just type .com. Didn’t know that until i looked. I toggled over for the link to be redirected then it worked. Do I need to change my .com to .com/ for my links to work?

First, I see no reason you need that “redirect” setting to be toggled on at all. That is there for limited, special cases, and for now you should toggle it off.
Honestly, I think that if you turn that off and republish your site, you should find that it can be found by either bznbynature.com or www.bznbynature.com
