Integration With Royal Mail Click and Drop

Could we please have an integration with Royal Mail Click and Drop in the United Kingdom. 

Manually dragging and dropping data in to the Royal Mail system is painfully arduous and results in errors

An integration that once the status in Square is set to in progress would then automatically populate the Click and Drop system with contact details, order number mobile and email would be fantastic, then once the ordrer is manifested on the RM system it automatically sets the order on Square to shipped/dispatched and added the tracking number to the order would be sublime then notifies the customer.

Shopfify, Magneto, Woocommerce, SquareSpace etc all have this integration. 

Use of 3rd party integrations like shipstation as an option just adds cost to sellers, something we do not need with the challenges ahead. We need a good solid, robust, reliable, trusted integration from Square.

This integration would make Square competitive in the UK and inline with the other major platforms who offer this integration.

its not like squareup can't do it https://developer.royalmail.net/api Royal Mail support all the api types soap rest v1 v2 ALL of them! common sqauareup!

I agree, it’s frustrating. Not sure what the resistance is for but perhaps there is some higher level considerations we are not party to. All I know is Christmas is not an enjoyable time for our company. I have to be honest it’s not something we researched when selecting Square as a service provider. All well and good when you have a couple of parcels a day but as your business scales the Square system just isn’t ready.

Hiya, is there any development on this? I really need to up my postage game and this would really help my business be more efficient. 
us UK small businesses desperately need this integration.

Hi @Loularearrings, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 👋.

The integration with Royal Mail is still a feature request at this stage. I understand how such a feature would be crucial for small businesses, and our Product team is aware this has been requested by many sellers. I don't have a timeline to provide, however we'll be posting any updates on the Community.  

In the meantime, our integrated partners Shippo and EasyShip can both connect with Royal Mail to help with the shipping process.  You'll find these partners on our Square App Marketplace.

That’s great thank you! I’ve downloaded shippo but it only shows me Evri as an option. I’ll look at easy ship

I agree, I feel like this is a major improvement that could be made, only a couple of things are preventing me from making the jump to Square Online and this is one of them
