We are considering offering reservations/scheduling of dinner time slots during hours we are normally closed.

Is this a possibility thru square's website?

If so, where do I start/how do I do this?

These days everyone has unique requirements - Square's online website is great for basic needs and is intended for people who don't know or have the time to learn HTML or writing custom scripts as they want to focus on their business.  You may want to visit Square's Market Place, there are specialty 3rd party apps that are unique to various businesses and work with Square - check out the Restaurant Category section - most likely there's a service (app) there that has the features you need.
