I have linked my previous ups account, however when i try to ship its not pulling my discounted rates that i receive with my shipping company

Please contact out to our CS Team directly, so one of our advocates can dig deeper into this. From what you described, it sounds like a bug you're seeing. If that's the case, they will be able to file it with our engineers.
