I have 3 things holding me back from going live.
During testing things there are 3 things that are stopping me from going live. So everyone knows, I am using the free version. If the free version doesn't work then I don't trust that the paid on
e to work either. I should not have to pay for it to work right, I should have to pay for more features.
1. When someone puts something in the cart and then goes to the cart they can add more with the + even if I only have 1 instock which is 99% of what I have. When you do this and then try to check out you get an error and this is very confusing. (see pictures below)
2. All emails are going to spam, even ones I get to tell me I have an order. And before I hear that it is not a problem on Squares side, it is. Weebly is spoofing my email address and even if I tell Gmail or Outlook that it is not spam, it still sends it to spam. Weebly does not have permission to spoof my domain, which I am not using on Square yet because I am not paying yet. So I won't know if there are orders and the customers will not get any emails about the order without looking in their spam which most people don't. This is a big problem.
3. After a person checks out and gets their confirmation page it says we will text them updates. I am on the free version, so I can not text them. So they will be waiting on a text that will never come. I have no idea to remove that off of that page or if I even can remove it. (see picture below)
And another thing, why is the back picture of my product showing up in the checkout screen instead of the main picture?
I am only doing local pickup. These will be my customers from when I had my brick and mortar store. And they have to make an appointment with me because I am just renting an area of a building that is secure and you can't get in without a code. So I need good and clear communication with my customers to make appointments with me to pick up their stuff.
I have spent 3 months on getting a small fraction of my inventory listed so I could get it online for Christmas and so many things have set me back. I am hoping this will be the last things that will and that they can be taken care of.
Thank you

I don't know what to do. I have put months into this systems and I can't get any help. No one answered here. I sent a message to support and got this message within an hour:
Kindly be advised that in order to give you the proper assistance, I’ve escalated your case up to our online support team. They should be able to answer any questions you have related to your website. You should receive an email shortly, so please keep an eye out. In the meantime, I would like to thank you for your patience!
And now nothing. I have been checking my email like crazy and even my spam and nothing. I got that message on Thursday and now it is Sat. I really want to open before Christmas but at this rate it won't be until Easter. I regret ever using this but I have so much time into I don't have a choice now. Oh and if you asked why I didn't call, I did. But the person on the phone had such a heavy accent I couldn't not understand what they were saying so I had to hang up.
