I can not see what my customers ordered from my online store!!

I can see the transactions and the amount but for some reason I can not see what they ordered. How do I know what to ship them if I don’t know what they ordered?! I need help please!

Hope you are having a good week. 

We recently moved the Orders page from the Square Online Overview page over to the Dashboard, creating a centralized location to manage orders and offering a more robust tool to do so. 

From the new Order Manager you'll be able to manage orders created from Square point-of-sale, your Square Online Store and other apps we currently offer an integration for. 

If your order was created externally and we currently don't support an order management integration with the e-commerce platform or app used to create the order, the transaction will still be processed and show under Transactions, but the order details will not be available in Order Manager.
