I add events on backend but on front end when designing website, it says there are no events

Spent an hour last week and they said that something is synchronizing and event will show up after 15 minutes and it showed up not then but after days, Then I added a new event and BANG, all events from online design page gone where it says that I have no events in the system. This is really bad.
