[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: FACEBOOK PURCHASE EVENT PIXEL WITH VALUES]
How does one use Square Online's website builder to track facebook purchase event pixel with dollar values? I've searched up and down for days, no dice. All I see is moderators saying "its being fielded by the dev team" - circa 2017....are you kidding me?
How in the heck are we as sellers supposed to track our ROI on ad spend without getting conversions? Does square.com not track conversions? Im sure they do...
Its 2020 and you still haven't implemented this basic feature of ecommerce?
As a developer myself, I know it wouldn't take much.

Ok, Im slightly an idiot. Apparently you can add your
<script>
fbq('track', 'Purchase', {currency: "USD", value: 30.00,content_name:’Broadhead’});
</script>
to the Online> General>Tracking section.
Sorry I was frustrated.

Hey @steve3187-
Totally understand your frustration. Thank you for circling back and providing a solution for other sellers to view as well.

I work with a few different companies to help with different types of online advertising. I don't really understand how purchase event pixels work.
In the Tracking Section - can I add a code from one company and then a code from another company into the "Receipt Page" section, or is it limited to one code per section?
I guess what I'm asking is kind of two things. One, can I add two codes into one section? Two, if I can add two codes into the "Receipt Page" section, when a sale occurs how does the correct advertising company tie the sale back to their program instead of both advertising companies claiming the sale?
Thanks!

Hi @Ohiojohn77! You can add as many as you want to the field. Just copy/paste in one after the other one, etc. If the codes conflict with each other it would be an issue with any website.
