How to resolve Square Online error message: "ERR_SSL_VERS

Hi, the ssl settings on my website are messed, when I navigate to it, I get the error: "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" I'm not seeing any options for ssl under settings. I also have a square space store on my website that I haven't used for a long time.

Unfortunately there's not much the volunteers here can do to help - the people here don't have access to user Accounts or User Websites - only Tech or Customer Support has that ability.   We can help with many issues with Square's Hardware and Apps but, the error you're getting has to do with your SSL Certificate.  We don't have enough info to even guess - for example, are you using your own Domain Name or did you transfer your Domain from another vendor.  Was your site originally setup via Weebly before Square took over.  What is your site's URL?   There are some 3rd party sites that can check your SSL Cert and maybe provide some clues.  Here's one with info on the error.  Note, sometimes the testing results are more confusing than the actual error so probably contacting Tech Support is your best option.  Last, you mentioned in your post that you have a "square space store" on your website - we would need more details about that as there is a hosting service called "SquareSpace" which is not the same as Square.  Hopefully Tech Support can figure things out on their end.
