How to extend Main Banner image to Header?

When starting a new Square Online site, the guide shows a "Main Banner" image that extends up behind the "Header".  How do I do that?

Mine looks like this and I can not find a way to make the image extend behind the Header.

Got an update for you, @sciabica1936!

From your Square Online Dashboard, you'll go to edit site > click on header > customize > background > change from Image to transparent and the  main banner background image will bleed into the header.

Hope this takes care of it for you!

Hi @sciabica1936 - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋😊

From what I can tell, it looks like you may have a white background on your header and the image you have below is in the main banner section. You would need to add this image to the header section instead, as shown below.

I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions by replying to this thread!

Ok, I did that but it does not extend to the Main Banner:

If I add it to both, it repeats in a weird way:

@_Violet Any additional help here?  I can not get one image to seamlessly extend from the Main Banner to the Header as it does in your video.

Hi there again @sciabica1936 thank you for following up here.

These are actually two separate sections so each section will have an option to add its own image. Since you are using the same image twice here, it looks more like a repeated pattern vs. extending the same image out across both sections. I'm unsure if it's possible to do it the way you're asking for here but I can check in with the Square Online Store Support Team and report back here with what I find out. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
