How do I grow my sales on this platform?

It makes no difference as to what platform you use - it's how you market your website is the key.  Just having a website is just the beginning.  One has to let the world know you sell online or have a service and why they should come to you - what makes you stand out - think social media - Facebook, Instagram, Yep, Youtube, Vimeo, Pinterest, Flicker, etc.   Depending on your budget, small ads in local papers can be helpful, check out local outdoor venues like Farmer's Markets, Art Shows or whatever category your business falls into.  Word of mouth can be your best agent and it's free.  Offer discounts or coupons or free shipping if applicable.  Blogging or how to videos can be helpful - show the world you're the expert.  Good quality product photos and descriptions - don't rush to put items online.  Check out cross selling on other platforms, Etsy for example.  The goal is to be everywhere you can think of - else you're just another website in the ocean.
