Hey there @Core_Art_Co. This is called a Site Icon (or Favicon, for some) — a very tiny version of our larger logos. To set it, go to your online dashboard > Online > Website > Site Preferences. You’ll see the section for Site Icon. Not only do site icons show up in Google search results, but they are also used if customers add your website to their mobile device home screens, favorites, etc.
One word of caution. Please be patient after you change this. Mine took between 2-3 weeks for the change to finally be displayed. This is just one of those Google/Internet things that seems to take lots of time for the change to fully propagate.
If my answer resolves your issue, please take a minute to mark it as Best Answer. That helps people who find this thread in the future.

2-3 weeks? What the heck. That's crazy.

@Core_Art_Co I don’t set the rules. Google does. Just as new web sites can take a long time to show up in search results, so can things like site icons. I’ve heard of the propagation talking a few days. I’ve heard of it taking weeks. It all depends on Google’s website crawling robots. They work at their own pace. The Internet is a very large place.
anyway it doesn’t matter how crazy we might think this is. It is, as they say, what it is. The moral of the story is change it now and don’t waste time trying to change, or even understand, what can’t be changed.
