How can an online purchase be less than the price in square?

We recieved an online credit card purchase of $10 for a $865 item. Our price is correct in square. How is that possible?

It's not possible unless there is something not configured correctly in the settings for that item and also assuming you're not offering any special discounts and/or coupons.  Unfortunately Community members don't have the capabilities of Tech or Customer Support.  You may want to see if Customer Support can look into this or if not, they can connect you to Tech Support.
