How can I sell an ebook and protect it from multiple downloads

I’m making a cookbook that’s an ebook and I would like to sell it. How can I make it downloadable only one time after purchase

There wouldn't be a way to set an item up through Square/Weebly so that it's only downloadable once after it's been purchased. @PreOrder_Apps- I may be way off tagging you on this one... but do you have something available that would help with this type of thing?
