How can I access my customer email and postal code?
I want to access my customer data like email id and postal codes from the transactions that took before COVID-19. I am unable to do it currently but I need that information urgently. many customers are lost already and I want to reach out to those once again.

You can view customer information directly from the Transactions tab from the Online Dashboard. Here is a helpful guide to get you started. It is important to note here that postal code information is excluded from collected customer information collected when swiped or dipped transactions occur.
Going forward, you can also opt to collect various customer information by adding a customer to a sale during checkout.
