When someone goes to my website is displays the homepage starting in the middle. How can I get it to display starting from the top of the page?

@KDottenwhy  Interesting! I don't think I've seen this behavior before!

I agree with @JK_Fiber_Art : try disabling the popup first and republishing to see if that fixes things.

After that, it looks like the site wants to load the "We have proudly served thousands of people since 1963" section. What is that section called on your site editor? I'm wondering if it or the section right above is the Header or Main Banner perhaps? Those are coded to be at the top of the page so it may be confusing the browser. If it isn't, for testing purposes, can you take that section and move it up the page? I'd be curious if the website loads differently if that section was in a different spot.

Let us know the outcome of your testing and we will try to troubleshoot further!

Thanks for posting the URL so we can see what you're seeing.  Maybe disabling the Popup Message and republishing is something to try for starters.  Personally, I have not seen this behavior before.  Please understand that the volunteer community members here are not the same as Tech Support so you may have to contact them as they can look at things on their end.  The way Square is designed for creating websites and it's intended use makes it quite difficult for the site owner to actually edit any HTML, CSS or include Scripts.  That's why Tech Support may be able to provide more assistance.
