Help! Coupon Code not working in an email

Hi, I set up a coupon on an email campaign I sent last night but it is not working for my clients - time is of the essence here as people are starting to open their emails this morning. Can anyone help me ASAP?  I need to be able to go in and view/edit the coupon but it seems like there is no way to....

At what time and day were the codes not working? I checked the code and see it's been used by customers since you posted. I'm wondering if it was an issue with the date that the coupon was designed to start at.

Hi, the coupon code sent with the email never worked, it has been tried multiple times by multiple recipients, including myself over each of the last two days. It was a numerical code that is unique for each recipient.

As a workaround (and as recommended by square online support) I had to create a second coupon code for the entire site with the same discount so that people who came to purchase from the email blast who tried to use the code that wasn’t working could actually get a discount. The site-wide coupon code I came up with was HAPPYNEWYEAR.

So no help here from Square here or from Square Marketing which is unfortunate. Will not use coupon codes via e-mail campaigns again because there was no resolution.  I suggest others do the same as there is nothing more frustrating than having to deal with dozens/hundreds/thousands of customers because they can't use one of your coupon codes.

this is still happening. i did my first email blast and sent out codes to over 2k people and resulted in my messages being filled with upset customers because the unique generated codes were not working. super disapointed
