Hello, I have a question about the virtual terminal
Hello,
First , thank you square up for allowing us more payment options for our customers. I am new the forum , but I have been with square for a very long time for my zencart store. We received our first large order from another company. They used a purchase order. We sent their item and called their accounting department as instructed. We used the square virtual terminal to process their payment over the phone. We got the successful screen via the terminal. Their payment shows up as under our gross sales. But we do not see it in the balance amount. How long will this normally take ? We have received smaller amounts and the payment showed up within the day for our balance.
Our normal payments are around $25-100 , this customer in question ordered about 100 of our 2 prong power cords at $4.99 each so our payment was $499 minus the processing fees. Is the delay due to the larger than normal payment ?
We use our square card to have access to our funds sooner , without sending to our business checking. Any help or heads up with this would be greatly appreciated.

Seems the question answered itself. Payment was available later that day. Maybe 6 hours later.
