โ€Œ๐Ÿš€ Grace Period for Subscription Cancellations

Greetings All!

 

 

Recently, while designing our website and organizing our business on Square and other platforms/ social media, we signed up for the Square Website Templates. We have all most likely experienced "distractions" when processing our journey through the system of doing business and engaging commerce along with living life in general, whether doing business under our own name or founding a new Company.

 

 

Suggestion to Square: when people never use their PAID subscriptions in the first month via monthly paid subscription service, suggestion: instead of cancelling without customer use or accessing the subscribed service, and providing no notification/ reminder via email/ text that the subscription is going to be cancelled, give us a serious human break and offer a notification prior to cancelling AND A CANCELLATION GRACE PERIOD. During the cancellation grace period, the subscription stays active, providing the high likelihood of increasing customer and subscription loyalty via renewing the paid subscription/ service.

 

 

This act of generosity and kindness compels and encourages serious business people and business owners small, medium and large to remain loyal to their subscription service providers, and, additional services offered by your platform increase based on this act of kindness as well. #food for SPIRIT ๐Ÿš€
