Okay, I have two different issues that need resolution. Trying to reach someone in customer service is a virtual impossibility.
1. I need to revert my business site back to a personal site. I do not like the functionality of the Square site builder and want to use the Weebly builder instead.
2. For a different site that I'm building on Weebly, I need to verify my ISP for the GoDaddy DNS. I looked all over and can't find any technical information anywhere.
I suppose a follow up issue is, how can you not have troubleshooting support for a product that is technical? I am absolutely furious about this. Maybe the money I've paid is nothing to you, but it means something to me.

Hi @7AppDesigns - thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Seller Community. We are happy to have you join us!
So sorry to hear about all the difficulty, here. Definitely not the kind of experience we would want for you!
First things first, we have a full Support Team standing by waiting to assist by phone or email. If you're looking for Phone Support specifically, The number to call is [Redacted] - but you'll also need your customer code. The steps to look up your code are here. You will need to be signed into your account in order to access.
Now in regards to editing your site, are you specifically looking to change the template that your site displays? If so, you can find a thread on that here. It's important to note here that the Square site builder will be different than if processing a website through Weebly.com directly.
In terms of DNS settings for your separate site, we recommend taking a look at this help center resource. There are also quite a few threads on the Community in regards to pointing GoDaddy domains to Square. Take a look at this Best Answer from Isabelle.
If you continue to experience issues, feel free to reach out! Our Support Team looks forward to your contact.

For the first issue, I definitely want to move it from business to personal to take advantage of the Weebly functionality. It allows for so much more creativity. I don't care to be limited as the Square builder allows for.
For the second issue, my personal site is not a store, nor will it ever be. I show the instructions that you pointed me are specifically for linking my Square account's products through GoDaddy. In this case, there are no products to sell and the advice is clearly meant for something and someone else.
I am not happy with the Square setup at all. These are my desired outcomes from this email exchange:
1. I wish to revert my client's site back, from business to personal, so I have access to Weebly's site building functionality, which is amazing.
2. I wish to know, without having to reach out, what the ISP for my other site is so I can make those changes on my GoDaddy dashboard, so when someone types in my current domain, it will redirect to what I've created with Weebly.
I'm trying to be very precise and clear here. The Square and Weebly support is severely lacking. The issues that I have could, very likely, be overcome with a few minutes of focused, live support. As it is, the phone number you included on your response was redacted! The other issues that I see on here in this community are likely the same.
Please respond with appropriate steps for me to take to resolve my issues, culminating in my two desired outcomes.
Thank you for your time and attention to this.
