Formatting text email receipts

i am setting up payment links for concert event where the email receipt is going to be the ticket. There is important info that needs to have formatting such as bolding the event title, start time, etc.

currently when you build the item for an event there is no such functionality.

It would be nice to be able to customize all email communications from the Square system.
