Editing an order

There doesn't appear to be a way to edit an order after it has been made. This would be useful for customers who put in a wrong address or want to update an address (add an apartment number, delivery instructions), or customers who want to change the date/ time of their delivery/ pickup order.

We are also requesting an update on the ability to change an order that has erroneously been marked as Completed back to Active status.  Please follow through and update on the ETA of this feature - it has been open for nearly 3 years now.  Thanks.

@Kassi_ In my business we offer our pre-order customers the opportunity to change their mind if they choose something similar when they come to pick up.  I was able to edit orders on our other site and make the change to one item at a time because it was a mutually agreed upon business transaction.  This needs to be an option here - just make it so we have to add a comment or something to validate the change.  Now I have to Cancel, refund, and reorder for complicated pre-orders?  Anyone have a work around yet???

I cancelled an in-store pickup order that wasn’t picked up after a week. The customer called saying she still wants it. I can’t tell if it issued her a refund when I cancelled the order. Is there a way to make the order active again?

hi any update on being able to make modifications to orders? Have issues where customer pre-orders a certain size of something then change their mind. Would like ability to be able to modify the size without needing the cancel the whole order

Any update on this? I accidentally marked an order as complete and need to change it to active.
