Discount not taking effect

I have created two different discounts for my website but neither one are taking effect when customers make their orders.  What might be the issue?

We may to gather some more details regarding the issue you are experiencing within your Online Store. More specifically, are your customers entering a promo code discount that is not reflecting on your Store? What kind of specific discounts have you enabled (percentage discount, dollar amount, shipping)? 

 

The more specific details we have, the better we are able to provide some helpful troubleshooting or workarounds.

Hello, I am having a similar issue. I have items in my brick and mortar store that are on sale, but the sale/discount does not show on Weebly (website). I have used a category discount of 40% off on seed on Square POS at the store. After the site syncs, there should be a red "sale" icon over the picture on the website. What have I missed? I must have missed a toggle or something.

Hi @edwilson301 Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Discounts in Point of Sale are not applicable to the Online Store. You can make coupon codes in the Online Store editor, but discounts from Point of Sale don't work in the Online Store.

 

To create a coupon for items you sell online, check out this article. 😊
