I’ve opened a ticket on this but maybe you can help me! Square replied saying that we have the option to add digital items for download in our stores but when I select digital item, I don’t see where you can add any pdfs or files?
Unfortunately, Square currently does not have a built in feature to manage the digital download after the purchase. Yes, you can create a digital download item and even not require a physical shipping address however, after the transaction you have to follow-up with an email that has the digital item attachment or provide a cloud link to the digital item (Dropbox, Google or Microsoft Business). Your other option is to use a 3rd party app/service like this one that works with Square.
