Desperately in need of help with GSuite setup

I have a new Square online site, and purchased the domain through Weebly/Square. I'm trying to set up email through GSuite, but when I attempt to sign up, I get an error message saying "this domain has an apps account controlled by Google or another apps reseller."

One of my colleagues started the process directly through GSuite, but cancelled that account. Now I can't get in to set up email through Google (no access to cancelled account) or through the Square link (which still seems to think Google is accessible).

I need to get our organization's email set up, and no one from either Square or Google is reachable or responding. Ack. Can anyone help?

Re: Desperately in need of help with GSuite setup

Hi there. If you already had the GSuite account setup through a third party, or through Google directly, you will not be able to setup the email through your Square account. You will need to continue the service you setup through Google and update your domain's MX records on Square's end:

Navigate to the Online Store dashboard and click the dropdown in the top right corner, then click Domains. Click the three dots to the right of the domain name and select the option that says Manage Domain. On the bottom right side of the screen you will see a section for MX Records. Enter the following information from Google:

Changes to MX records should update relatively quickly, although it can take up to 24-48 hours for any changes to the DNS records.

If you need additional help with the Gsuite service you setup please reach out to Google here

I am not able to access my gmail through GSuite. My Weebly account says that I am paid up until August of 2021, but Gsuite tells me my account is suspended and to contact the reseller (Weebly). Please advise.

I need help with this also.

I opened a workspace account, saw that square offered through weebly, cancelled what I had already done, opened through weebly, now I cannot access as it is looking for domain verification.

How do I do that through square?

Someone please help me.

Hello, I did the same thing but never verified the account on Google admin and then I deleted the account. Which steps should I take from here? Thanks

For anyone following instructions directly from the GSuite Admin Console, note that the MX record destinations there have a '.' at the end.  This will NOT work.  It will look, in Square, like you cannot add the records, but there's no error issued, rather the records are simply not added.

Follow the instructions in the answer above, or the ones in the Admin Console, but leave off the '.'.

Hi,

I created a site through Weebly

Signed up to a 14 day trial of Gsuite through Weebly

Once this finished I bought gsuite

Now my gsuite is suspended and I have been asked to "Please contact your reseller in order to get access to Google Workspace."

What do I do?

@Amindfulearth Okay it sounds like maybe it's just expired so try this:

In the Square Online overview page, click on the menu on the top right and click on Google Workspace. Next, click on the Enable Email link for the domain you had set up with Google. This will have you pay for your email service and reactivate it for you.

Hi there, I am having the same issue with what is now called Google Workspace

Square says that I am subscribed to the GoogleAppsTrial Plan and when I'm on the Domains dashboard and click "manage email" and then "open inbox" Google informs me that "your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended."

I just set it up two days ago and still have yet to get into the inbox. Would really appreciate help with this before the free trial ends, as I don't want to pay for something that isn't working.

Thank you,

Tiia

Signed up for Google Workspace. Never set a password and now we can't. I tried to recover it through Google and they replied that since we bought it from a reseller, we need to contact you. Going in circles here. Edit: Finally found a phone number to call.
