Delay ticket printing to 30 min before scheduled pickup

When orders are placed online they are printed immediately,  and we have to reshuffle tickets causing confusion and mistakes. as such we had to turn off scheduled orders.  is there a way so tickets are printed say 30 min before scheduled pickup time? or is this feature in the works?

Hey @bob12 !

You can accomplish this by adjusting the Prep Time for your orders to be 30 Minutes. 

If you have Scheduled Orders enabled, the tickets will only print 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. 

For ASAP orders, the customer will see that the order will be ready in 30 minutes, but your ticket will still print immediately because it’s 30 minutes before the pickup time.
